ERR in Ukraine: Even if the front remains stationary, Ukraine needs more soldiers | foreign country

Russian troops are trying to advance in several directions in Donbass, while some sections of the front are relatively calm. However, the Ukrainian army needs additional soldiers everywhere.

It’s several kilometers to reach the locations. It would be a lovely winter walk if the drones weren’t in the air. A rare moment here, under Vuhledar: the sun is shining, drones are flying, but somehow it is quiet. But things may not stay that way.

“Here the situation is more or less calm. A little to the left, on the outskirts of Vuhledar, the situation is much more tense. There the Russians try to attack more often. On the other side… A drone! Is it ours? It depends on where he flies, but rather on ours,” said the Ukrainian military “Cyclist”

“Cyclist” joined the army on the first day of the Great War.

“I served for 25 years, then I retired. When the full-scale war began, I returned to service. But I must say that before I retired, I served
in the border guard, but at the beginning of the war I joined the defense forces. So I’ve been straight into the military for two years,” said “Cyclist.”

A soldier called “Fanta” also joined the army in the early days of the war.

“My mother and I lived in the city of Sumõ. Sumõ was busy and I had to go, I had no choice. I had a desire, I was interested. Now I’m used to it,” “Fanta” said.

“I would like to join my family. I got married during the war, maybe we will also have children. It would be nice,” he added.

But in order for “Fanta” to return home to his wife, someone must replace him at the front. This means a new wave of mobilization.

The “cyclist” said that if anyone thinks that this war does not concern him, he is wrong. “This is my short message to everyone. War affects everyone. Without understanding it, we cannot do it,” said “The Cyclist”.
