Hvostov: There will be no meltdown in Russia yet | foreign country

It seems that there is still enough money for the war in Russia, and the people’s patience is not over yet, the writer and historian Andrei Hvostov said in the program summarizing the year of “Actual Camera”.

There will probably be no changes in Russia next year, Hvostov thought.

“It’s a kind of peace in the freezer, as if everything is frozen. Nothing moves, everything is under control. The only big question is what if once again another thaw occurs in the history of Russia, as happens from time to time so much so, that everything will start to melt, that everything will melt, what problems and what worries,” he said, admitting that no meltdown is foreseen for now.

“Rather not, because as of now the Tsar of Russia (Vladimir Putin) has announced that he is still ready to fight until 2026. So next year, year after year, will be a definitive course of war. And it seems like they have enough money to fight. It seems that the limit of people’s patience has not yet arrived,” Hvostov said.
