Due to a fire in the south of Bogotá, smoke and the smell of burning were felt in several towns, such as Bosa, Kennedy, Teusaquillo and Chapinero, during the night of March 3.
The Bogotá Fire Department, with its units from the Kennedy, Fontibón and Central stations, responded to an emergency that originated on South 49th Street and 95A Highway due to a grass burning. Based on preliminary versions, the conflagration has affected lots of the former Gibraltar landfill.
