Michael Buble, 48, has announced that he will be taking a break from music because he wants to show the world who he really is. The man plans to act more and wants to play roles in films and TV series. He wants people to see “Mike” instead of “Michael Buble”, The Sun reports.
“Every night I go out, put on a suit, go on stage and become the man I’ve always wanted to be. He is very nice. Made of Teflon and says the right things. I may be a wobbler, but there’s another one…” Buble said.
“You will meet him. I will make sure the whole world meets him.”
“I’ve been doing the same thing for 20 years. It’s been cyclical. Michael writes and makes a great record, then I perform in forty countries and promote it. And then I go on tour for a year and a half. I feel like at this time in my life I want to do something else.”
“Music will always be my place of happiness, I love it, but I need time to do other things.”
“Actually, I’d like to be that other guy, not the one in the suit, just be Mike. Whether it’s in movies, on television or wherever, it’s happening now,” Bublé revealed his plans.
