Politico: The European Commission releases 10 billion euros frozen for Hungary

According to Politico, this is a big victory for Hungarian autocrat Viktor Orbán, who blocks European Union decisions and torpedoes the European Union’s responses to Russia’s military activities at Thursday’s summit.
