At a meeting of the Moscow-led economic bloc in St. Petersburg, Lukashenko said delivery of the shipments was completed in October. He did not mention how many weapons were sent or where they were placed.
Russia says it maintains control over tactical nuclear weapons sent to Belarus.
The weapons have a short range and are not as powerful as nuclear warheads mounted on long-range missiles.
According to Lukashenko, Russian nuclear weapons were adopted to prevent aggression by NATO member Poland.
Poland offers military, humanitarian aid and political support to Ukraine to fight the Russian invasion. Poland also participates in international sanctions against Russia and Belarus.
