Compared to the pre-coronavirus period, Telia’s data volume has increased threefold, but can probably be transferred to the market as a whole, said Holger Haljand, head of Telia Estonia.

Haljand said on the Friday morning program of radio Äripää that the reason lies in the change in consumption, because with the increase in hybrid work the load on mobile networks increased, as people worked outside the usual offices. The reason is also the change in content and quality, as well as the addition of devices to the network that sometimes only communicate with each other, he added.

Haljand explained in more detail what challenges await us in 2024.

Hybrid working and the challenges managers face are also the topic of this year’s Pärnu management conference.

Holger Haljandi was interviewed by Meelis Mandel.
