The new year begins with partly cloudy skies, and on the north coast there will be both snowfall and blizzards. In the following days there will be rather little cloud cover. If it rains a lot on Tuesday, we can expect more snow here and there on Wednesday and Thursday. The air temperature continues to drop, so if on January 1 the average is -10 degrees during the day, Thursday evening will be -24 degrees and -21 degrees during the day.
