When Aadu Kana accepted the title of Estonian Sports Soul on his 83rd birthday at the Alexela Concert Hall, his knee began to tremble slightly and a tear of affection came to the corner of his eye. However, when the standing ovation from the audience calmed down, it was he who managed the watermark of the speech. Why? Probably because a healthy mind in a healthy body.
The day of Aadu begins with the gymnastic exercise of the “Five Tibetans”.
