Tomorrow Billions will end the year on a high note: the concert will be long, but sweaty!

“The concert will be long, but sweaty,” promises Billions frontman Marten Kuningas. The concert will be long and the plan is to play songs that have not seen the spotlight for a long time. For example, “Selgroootus” and “Kivinugis” are heard, as well as “Syvagad tunde” from Kuninga’s second solo album, which the band recorded in 2014. Furthermore, it is allowed to play more than one cover and one guest is also expected.

Billions, namely Marten Kuningas (vocals), Raul Ojamaa (guitar), Peedu Kass (bass), Kristjan Kallas (drums) reunited in 2014 when “Gagurpidi vaal” was recorded, which was released the same year in the second album by Kuninga “Practical Man”. After three years and two singles (“Allan” and “Mister Please” in English), the band’s first album “Once in the West” was released under Universal Music, which quickly gained public recognition and brought Miljardites three titles at the Estonian Music Awards festival. In 2019, the band released the short album “Imeline”, one of the main tracks of which is a cover of the song “Vari” performed by Jaak Joala and Lainer. In 2020, the band released their second album “I Prometto che cambiarò”, which, according to Marten Kuninga, is a romantic commentary on the era of pandemics and species extermination.
