These two men were transporting 200 books, belonging to this criminal group, along the road that leads from the municipality of Chigorodó to Dabeiba.
One of the captured people is allegedly protected, and the other would be an escort from the National Protection Unit.
The truck, which was immobilized, would also belong to this entity.
