The Panthers had to accept their last defeat on December 31, when the Jacksonville Jaguars were beaten 26-0 on foreign soil.
Tepper, who watched the game from the VIP box, was filled with holy anger in the final quarter of the game. Disappointed with the players’ performance, the club owner threw his drink down the necks of the fans in front and left his place.
Tepper’s act can have harsh consequences. “We are aware of the video, but cannot comment further at this time,” the NFL said in a statement regarding the incident.
According to Forbes, Tepper, 66, is the 91st richest person in the world. His fortune is estimated at 20.6 billion dollars, or approximately 18.7 billion euros.
