This year’s winners from the Baltic region of the Visa Growth Money “She’s Next” program, launched last autumn, have been revealed, two of whom are from Estonia. Kadri Haljas, founder of the start-up Triumf Health, and Andra Halmann, founder of the company LapaDuu, will receive the prize money.

During the autumn, women entrepreneurs could apply for the second year of the Visa program organized in the Baltics, which aims to increase the visibility of women entrepreneurs and improve their access to external financing. Two Estonian female entrepreneurs each received 10,000 euros in growth money and access to Novatore’s annual personal business consultancy.

To apply for growth funds in Estonia, the company had to be registered in Estonia, have been operating for at least one year, have a digital or physical place of business and be owned by at least 51% women. According to the organizers, requests came from many companies.
