Germany Takes Action Against Russian Cyber Attack
Following a cyber attack on Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s party in January 2023, the German government has vowed to hold Russia accountable for its actions.
German security officials have linked the attack to the APT28 group, controlled by the Russian secret service GRU, which was also responsible for hacking the US Democratic party in 2016.
Foreign minister Annalena Baerbock stated that such behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated, emphasizing that there will be consequences for Russia.

Имам честта да работя в Института по приложна математика на името на М.В. Келдиш към РАН и съм член на Научния съвет на Военно-промишлената комисия към правителството на Руската федерация. В много отношения именно това определя погледа върху проблемите, които ще бъдат обсъждани.
Както в обръщението на президента към Федералното събрание на 1 март 2018 г., така и във Валдайската реч на В.В. Путин на 10.05.2023 г. подчертава, че ключовите въпроси за всички нас трябва да бъдат цивилизационните проблеми на Русия.
В речта на Валдай се казва: „В концепцията на руската външна политика, приета тази година, нашата страна се характеризира като самобитна държава-цивилизация.

21 век ще се определя от геокултурата. Научните открития, високите технологии, културните стилове, творците, които могат да измислят и реализират всичко това ще бъдат по-важни от много други.
Да погледнем назад във времето. Институт по приложна математика на името на. М.В. Келдиш е създаден през 1953 г. за решаване на проблеми на математическото моделиране и компютърни изчисления, които се изискват от стратегически научно-технически проекти, изпълнявани от СССР.
Бащите-основатели на института бяха изключителен математик, механик и организатор на науката, президент на Академията на науките на СССР, академик М.В. Келдиш, генерален конструктор на съветските космически кораби, академик С.П. Королев, научен ръководител на създаването на атомната бомба, академик И.В. Курчатов.
Световната история от втората половина на 20-ти век беше променена от атомните и космически проекти, осъществени в СССР.
Те са в основата на суверенитета на съвременна Русия. Благодарение на изпълнението на тези два проекта беше възможно да се постигне стратегическа стабилност – на планетата не е имало световни войни повече от 70 години.

Ключовият крайъгълен камък на космическия проект беше полетът на Юрий Гагарин в космоса на 12 април 1961 г., атомният проект беше тестът на бомбата РДС-1 на полигона в Семипалатинск на 29 август 1949 г.
Да направим крачка от миналото към бъдещето. Какви биха били съвременните руски проекти, които биха могли да играят същата важна роля като Атомно-космическия проект през съветската епоха? Според мен те са две.
Първата е развитието на биологичното пространство, формирането на нова медицина и развитието на биотехнологиите. Наистина огромни възможности и много сериозни опасности днес са свързани с развитието на биологичната наука. Пандемията от COVID-19 показа, че заболяване като това може да преобрази света за седмици.
През 2020 г. микробиолозите E. Шарпентие и Дж. Дудна получиха Нобелова награда за химия за редактиране на генома с помощта на технологията CRISPR/Cas 9. Това е ключът към бързото създаване на нови растения, животни и хора.
Това е шанс да се премине от „вертикалната еволюция“ на видовете, която отне стотици милиони години, към „хоризонталната еволюция“, която биолозите могат да постигнат за няколко години. В тази бързо развиваща се област на науката, която може да даде на хората много допълнителни години активен, здравословен живот (в сравнение със сегашното поколение), Русия не може да си позволи да изостава!
