An imperfectly Christmassy parade in full Silhouette style

A very inspiring fashion show was held in Ammende Villa on December 2nd, which provided many ideas to shine during the Christmas holidays. The theme was “Imperfectly Beautiful.”

Stylist Eleri Kaljurand recommended pairing festive sparkling dresses and jackets with jeans. Why not, if the occasion doesn’t require excessive solemnity? Kirill Safonov’s furry shoes and gorgeous headdress provided an interesting accent.

“An imperfect Christmas show is a combination of new and old, glam and jeans,” describes show designer Eleri Kaljurand. So you don’t need to simply chase a new outfit in pale sweat! The playing space is much more spacious.

“The world is full of clothing waste and to reduce it you need to intelligently add it to your wardrobe. Something from a designer and something from recycling, this is my principle. Estonian design is great and it is very interesting to combine it with clothing existing clothing. We want to show that it is by combining old and new that we get the most interesting clothes. You don’t need a new dress for every party, but a dress can be worn in many ways. If, for example, you go to visit a friend in Christmas, you can wear old jeans glitter-jacket and a glamorous yet comfortable combination of clothing come together,” the designer opens up his world of thought. Eleri knows that what’s old to one person is what’s new to another, and that special designer items could stay in the closet forever.

After the parade, Villa Ammende offered guests a delicious Christmas dinner. The evening was hosted by Meisi Volt, who chatted with the creative soul Leslie Laasner. The crown of the party was chosen by the multi-talented musician himself who goes by the name of Leslie Da Bass.
