Yesterday at 06:48 a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Peterburi Road and Smuuli Road (on Smuuli Road 35) in Tallinn, where, according to preliminary data, a 56-year-old man was driving a Toyota Camry car and did not yield I pass a Mazda 6 car driven by a 66-year-old man, and a collision occurs. A 63-year-old woman traveling in the Toyota was taken to hospital. She is investigating the incident.
At 4.41 pm, a traffic accident occurred on the 5th kilometer of the Aruküla-Kostivere road in Raasik municipality, Harju county, where, according to preliminary data, a Toyota Land Cruiser, driven by a 67-year-old man without a driving license driving with signs of alcohol intoxication, veered off the road to the left and ended up in a ditch. The ambulance transported the person in the vehicle to the hospital for checks. The accident is being investigated.
The transport office today at 01:46 reported a traffic obstruction on the Kose – Käbli road, where the truck was in the middle of the road and traffic was obstructed. The danger zone was reported by rescuers.
There were no reports of stolen or recovered vehicles.

In the early morning the road surface on main and secondary roads is rather dry in the west, in other parts of Estonia between the tracks it is mostly snow-covered to a greater or lesser extent. Throughout Estonia there are more icy road sections, snow and ice are blocked on secondary roads. The temperature is well below zero. The roads are slippery in some places!
During the day the sky is clear or partly cloudy, sometimes cloudier on the coast. In coastal areas it may snow in some places. The temperature remains below zero.
