The purpose is to advise customers
According to Lauri, Invaru keeps pace with the development of technology and internally uses the most modern technology, but due to the specifics of their field, global trends still move with few references. “In our industry, the next few years will bring with them what was relevant in other parts of the world already three or four years ago,” he says, adding that the most important news of recent times is that starting by the end of 2022, from which the customer will be able to purchase aid with state support. “For this reason, additional IT solutions were needed to connect our system with the information system of the Social Insurance Fund.”
Lauri explains that Invaru’s main goal is to advise the customer so that he can deal with the complex and challenging system and find the most suitable help with minimal effort. “At certain times, this also means telling the customer that we don’t have this product to offer, but we know where to find it.
We sell trust and the fact that we exist. One of our main services is the rental of aids. This service includes further free maintenance and repairs, as well as, if necessary, the replacement of an aid, spare parts and a visit to a mechanic.»
Enn adds: “If we can guarantee customer satisfaction, then we are doing well. This is one of our recurring thoughts. It does not matter whether the person in need of help lives in Vändra or Lasnamäe, the price is the same for everyone and if there is it’s a problem we will leave regardless of the distance.”

“For centuries we have supported sporting opportunities for people with physical disabilities through the Estonian Disability Sports Union and the Estonian Paralympic Committee. We laugh that we are like a Formula 1 technical pit for wheelchair athletes,” says Enn and goes on:
“We support communities through our representative offices, which are currently in nine counties. Cooperation with local governments and social workers is of varied activity, but we share current information and organize regular information days for organizations of people with disabilities and others stakeholders.”
