Reno Laaneorg (guitarist): In 2012, the Harju County Court sentenced Laaneoru to one year in prison for possession of child pornography in the settlement procedure. Laaneorg did not have to go to prison because he was given a two-year probationary period.
Aivar Mae (solo): In the summer of 2020, Ekspress wrote that Aivar Mäe humiliated female colleagues, made inappropriate sexual comments and tended to grope as director of the Estonian Theater. The police opened a case in the sexual harassment section and fined Mäe for harassing a woman.
The judge annulled the sentence as he found that the appellant did not feel sexually harassed. Witnesses said the woman acted as jovially as Mäe and she even clung to the man.
Pietro Cancro (keyboard player): In 2016 the audit of the Eesti Kontserd revealed that between 2013 and 2016 the Eesti Kontserd suffered damage due to the ERP activities of the early music ensemble Hortus Musicus and Peeter Väh.
The auditors also suspected fraud in the calculation of working hours. Eesti Kontsert appealed to the prosecutor’s office, but according to the ERR news portal the prosecutor’s office did not initiate proceedings.
