When I woke up Thursday morning, I realized that despite yesterday’s very thorough responses from Inforter management, which allayed many of my concerns, I still face dilemmas when making the decision to subscribe, he writes investor Toomas.

However, there is no more time to make a decision, because the subscription of Infortar shares ends on Thursday at 4 pm, so I had to find a compromise between the feelings that reign inside me and come to a conclusion that finally satisfied all parts of my body. It seems he succeeded.

Hi Virulan, nice to meet you!

One way or another, the decision must only be based on the return expectation: I have long decided that I want to earn at least 12% per year, and therefore with each investment I must consider whether it will bring me back home towards the goal. In addition to the performance target, the company in my portfolio may be undervalued in terms of fair value and have competitive advantages.

Honest and open answers to several questions

I am certainly happy to have received answers to my questions about growth from the company’s managers and the assurance that the company does not intend to keep shareholders’ money in its account. Ain Hanschmidt, chairman of the board of directors of Infortar, assured me and hundreds of members of the investment club that if the company does not find suitable investments, it will be paid to shareholders as an additional dividend. Therefore the cash flow present in the company account and what will be earned in the future reaches the shareholder’s portfolio in any case, both through growth and through the dividend yield.

But also a few numbers. Martti Talgre, CEO of Infortar, confirmed yesterday that a return of at least 10% is expected from investments made in the renewable energy segment, according to Margus Kaasik, director of Eesti Gaas, their business sector offers around 6.6 % in nominal terms in Estonia and approximately 2.65% in real terms in Latvia.
