25-year-old striker Sten Reinkort, who played for both FC Flora and Kuressaare in the Premium League last season, continues his career at Irish Premier League club Bohemian FC.
“I am happy that Sten Reinkort had the opportunity to move to a foreign league. We agreed with Sten that we will initially loan him out and then try to find a club abroad,” said FC Flora coach Norbert Hurt. “Sten is a very dedicated and determined player who has made progress in his development, perhaps in small but sure steps. I think Ireland should also suit him well in terms of playing style!”
“I am happy to leave FC Flora, where I have gained a lot of experience and friends and have grown a lot over the years. I am also very happy to join Bohemian, 11 times champions of Ireland. I have been welcomed very well by the club and I’m ready for a new challenge,” Reinkort said.
Reinkort, who joined JK Tammeka in Tartu, has been an FC Flora player for the last three years, wearing the FC Kuressaare shirt both last year and in the second half of last season on a loan deal. In the Premium League, Reinkort participated in a total of 163 matches and scored 40 goals.

Bohemian FC, based in Dublin, was founded in 1890 and has won the Irish Championship 11 times and the Cup seven times in its 133-year history. In the finished season, sixth place was achieved in the ten-team Premier League competition.
Bohemian manager Declan Devine noted that two attackers had left the club over the winter, so a frontline addition was needed. “Sten fits us well in everything, he played in the Estonian Serie A and in many top-level matches. I saw his performances with Flora in the Champions League preliminaries and he has an important role on the pitch. He’s tall, but he moves well , he holds the ball well and is a good base, but at the same time he definitely has room for improvement,” Devine described the Estonian to the club’s website.
The coach promised that Bohemian will add at least one, maybe two more forwards within a week or two. The new Irish Premier League season begins on February 16, with Bohemian hosting Sligo Rovers.
