Klaus, a start-up that has built a quality management platform, announces that Danish-American business software maker Zendesk will become its new owner with a newly signed contract. According to the companies, Klaus will play an important role in shaping Zendesk’s vision of AI-powered workforce engagement management.
Zendesk, which develops SaaS software for customer support, sales and other customer communications, has been one of Klaus’ largest partners to date. “Our common roots go even deeper: we are also alumni of the Zendesk Startup Incubator program,” the startup founders point out.
“It’s been a ‘normal’ journey for us founders since we started building Klaus at Argo Bar (our favorite local shish kebab restaurant) in 2018. While the journey gets quicker and quicker from here, an avalanche of thanks goes to everyone who has helped us get to this point,” the founders say in the announcement of the Klaus purchase. “Now onto the next chapter!”
