There are probably also in this field – as in all professions – those who perhaps could have chosen another field. However, these are more exceptions.

Most healthcare workers truly do their jobs from the heart. Although the work praises the author, each of these fine craftsmen needs recognition from time to time. Even just to confirm: I’m doing the right thing.

Kuressaare Hospital has a beautiful tradition: every year before Christmas, the creators of the year are announced: doctor of the year, nursing assistant, healthcare assistant, specialist and intern. A long-term service award is also given. Presenters are colleagues – they can better see what kind of person he is from the sidelines.

This year, 59 candidates were nominated for the award. This shows that there are so many who deserve the title of maker of the year or an award for long-term work.

Although only one person was selected for each category, the honorific awarded to this person is also a thank you and recognition to all the good artists. You’re worth it!
