“I didn’t plan from the beginning that music would be the thing I would do. Already in elementary school my friend Arun and I made small films. My fanaticism was still towards the world of cinema. But I remember when I studied video design in Barcelona, there I felt an inner burning that for some reason I wanted people to consider me a musician. Even if there was no direct reason for this,” Kõpper said that this inner flame kept growing and growing and then this flame has bypassed cinematic fanaticism.
Kõpper makes music both alone and with a band. “Both sides have their charms and their pains. It’s nice to form a band because you have more ideas, you always have certain people to turn to with creative questions. And you’re not alone in this. On the other hand it’s also nice to do things alone, then it’s easy: I decide on my own. I like to tinker with some things on my own, it’s my favorite process,” the musician said.
