Last week, the Crown Princess and her husband Prince Daniel visited Britain, where they met, for example, Prince William, Princess Catherine and Ukrainian soldiers. A traditional English pub and a community of local Swedes were also found.
On Wednesday, however, the royal couple attended a gala dinner at the National Museum of Natural History in London. For the occasion, Crown Princess Victoria had chosen to wear a sparkling sleeveless silver dress that highlighted her muscular arms. The photos of this event were also shared by the official Instagram page of the Swedish Royal House, and the comments section of this post is full of compliments for Victoria’s physique.
The Swedish newspaper Expressen also collected a comment from personal trainer Elin Junsjö Bjärkstedt, who, looking at the photos provided, said that these are not good genes, but that such muscles are still the result of long-term work. “I hope that we will still have a crown princess who exercises with appropriate barbells and weights, because my wish would be that more women are not afraid of weights. It is a good example,” says the well-known private trainer.
It has long been known that Crown Princess Victoria loves exercise, because she also met her husband twenty years ago in the gym. Although she previously revealed that she particularly enjoys weight training, she also goes jogging with Prince Daniel.
