Police are asking anyone who recognizes any of the men in the photo to contact the detective by email [email protected] or telephone 5855 4951.

The Criminal Code states that tearing down, breaking, desecrating or otherwise desecrating the Estonian flag, state coat of arms or other official symbols, as well as desecrating the national anthem, is punishable by a fine or up to one year in prison.
