Reigning champion Flora continues without Indermit | Premium alloy

Joel Indermitte, four-time Estonian champion as assistant coach of FC Flora, will not continue as the reigning champion in the new season.

“In the end, it was the club’s wish. The club could have offered him another role, but at the moment this is how the coaching team was built. There is no bigger problem here,” he told Soccernet.ee FC Flora president Pelle Pohlak.

“It has already happened in the past that Joel’s wish was to work as head coach, and this is something that could happen. Unfortunately, it turned out that he did not become head coach of Nõmme United,” he said.

“It was the club’s decision, who they wanted as the new coach and how to form the technical team. I wasn’t part of it,” added Indermitte himself. “My ambition in the near future is to become head coach and I would have really liked to be the next Flora coach. But if it didn’t work out, it’s simple. It’s football.”
