On March 2, the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena) and the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) They captured Juan Alberto “N”, alias “Mr. 500”in an operation carried out in El Amole, in the municipality of Guasave, Sinaloa.
According to preliminary reports, “Mr. 500” was one of the priority objectives of the governments of Mexico and the United States as he was the head of a cell of the Sinaloa Cartel that exported approximately one ton of fentanyl annually.

Juan Alberto “N”, alias “Mr. 500”, was captured by the Mexican authorities as he was one of the largest operators of the Sinaloa Cartel and sent tons of drugs to different countries.

Along with the drug trafficker, the authorities also detained two of his alleged accomplices, identified as María Antonia “N” and Sergio Alejo “N”, alias “Checo”, possible operators of this criminal group.
After his arrest, Juan Alberto “N” and his two allies were transferred from Sinaloa to Mexico City to be presented to the corresponding authorities and define their legal status.
