Ross explained Partizan’s offer in a live broadcast on social media. “I had the opportunity to continue my career in Serbia and go and live there with my family for a while. I considered this decision, but I decided not to. If I had continued my career in Europe, I would have definitely only played there,” Ross said.
Ross has represented the Toronto Raptors, Orlando Magic and Phoenix Suns in the NBA. In total, he played in 733 games, averaging 11 points and grabbing 2.8 rebounds. One of the highlights of his career was winning the layup contest during NBA All-Star weekend.
“Now that it’s been a while since my last match, I’ve started to love being at home. I love being a father and spending time with my family,” added the 32-year-old American.
