There are many unresolved complaints: the e-merchant has left customers with long noses

Numerous disappointed customers have complained to the Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Agency (TTJA) about the activities of e-merchant Oskar Heinsaare.

Heinsaar began trading in March this year, but a number of complaints have already been lodged against the trader with the Consumer Disputes Commission since May. Consumers turned to the TTJA mainly because the merchant did not deliver the goods and did not refund the money to the buyers.

Empty promises

Several consumers have already filed a complaint against airpeesti.ee, an e-shop belonging to Heinsaare. A customer, for example, ordered a bottle of water on the Airpeest e-store and paid more than 43 euros for it, including shipping costs. The merchant promised 5-20 working days for delivery of the bottle, but the goods did not reach the customer within this period. Once the delivery deadline expired, the buyer decided to submit a request to the merchant for the return of the paid amount, after which the merchant announced that he would return the money within 10 working days.
