There is an outage in the Citadele Internet Bank and mobile app

The operation of card payments at points of sale and the operation of ATMs will not be affected by the modernization of the IT system. These services work normally.

Deposits made at the ATM can be used immediately to pay for purchases by bank card.

Card payments made during system upgrades will be reflected in your bank account once the upgrades are complete.

During system updates, online purchases can only be paid by bank card. Other payment methods are not available at the moment.

During system upgrades, payments cannot be made between Citadele accounts or other banks and incoming payments will not be received. Payment processing will resume on January 14th.

The mobile app and Internet Bank are available, but payments or loan agreements cannot be made during system updates. The operation of other banking services may also be disrupted.

In the mobile app you can fill out an application to become a Citadele customer, but it will be processed once the updates are complete. Corporate customers are currently unable to become long-distance customers.

Online services such as home applications or small loans are not available. The Citadele company portal is unavailable during upgrades.
