Today at 3.25pm the ERR sports portal and ETV+ will begin broadcasting live the gala show of the European Figure Skating Championships. Anu Säärits and Liina-Grete Lilender comment.
The figure skating title competitions, which will be held for the first time in Lithuania, will culminate in a colorful gala, where medal-winning female and male singles runners, the most successful pairs runners and ice dancing pairs who showed the best routines will show up on the ice.
Among others, immediately after the break after the competition, Aleksandr Selevko will take to the ice, who surprisingly won the silver medal in the men’s individual competition.
Skating takes place in the largest indoor arena in the Baltics, the Žalgiris Arena, where the Žalgiris basketball team usually hosts battles. During the gala we will also summarize the performances of the Estonian national team.
Kaunas will pass the baton to Zagreb, where the 2025 European Championships will be held.
