Before tomorrow’s rest day, Spaniard Carlos Sainz (Audi) took the lead in the car rally, leading Swede Mattias Ekström (Audi) by 20 minutes and 21 seconds.
Benediktas Vanagas and card reader Kuldar Sikk (Toyota) lost more than an hour to the marathon winner, but continue with a decent 12th place overall.
The drivers of the Rally Raid Estonia team, Urvo Männama and Risto Lepik, are out of the big game and will prefer to continue competing to learn and experience.
