Meteorologist Kairo Kiitsak posted on social media that the weather for the new week will be unstable and windy. “The temperature continues to fluctuate between plus and minus. Precipitation comes in the form of rain, sleet and snow, and on some days also as freezing rain and/or sleet. The weather could become permanently colder starting this week next time (after February 5),” Kiitsak wrote.
