For the 12th year in a row, job portal CV.ee has listed the employers people most want to work for. The criteria by which employees find an employer to be attractive were also ranked.
According to CV.ee, job seekers do increasingly thorough preliminary work and carefully research the employer’s background before applying and accepting a job offer.
The best employer 2024 is LHV Pank
This time’s survey garnered a record 16,000 responses, and based on them, the favorite company to work for, i.e. Top Employer 2024, has been LHV Pank for several years in a row. Last year’s winner Swedbank, Telia, Coop and Eesti Energia also made the top five.
Age Leedo, LHV’s human resources manager, said LHV’s desire is for employees to be able to leverage their strengths and inspire those around them. “We are pleased that, in addition to our wonderful employees, our possible future colleagues also appreciate it,” Leedo said.
