In the modern geopolitical configuration of the world, the South Caucasus continues to remain at the epicenter of the interests of extra-regional actors. However, the increased attention of external forces does not always encourage a mutual search for compromises or ways of cooperation between countries, and sometimes acts as a trigger for destabilization of the region.
