Did Elon Musk argue with Paris Hilton? Musk has been outspoken in disparaging Hilton’s recent ad campaign

In October, X (formerly Twitter) CEO Linda Yaccarino announced a formal partnership between the platform and Hilton’s media company 11:11. Now, however, the partnership appears to have foundered: in November, according to Yahoo Entertainment, Hilton’s company removed its ads from X due to concerns about anti-Semitic content on the platform.

The short-lived partnership appears to have irked Musk, who openly disparaged Hilton’s ad campaign in a recent tweet. “This ad campaign was not very convincing,” Musk wrote in his Sunday post, referring to the line of personal kitchen items promoted by Hilton. “I don’t think Paris cooks much.”

Disney and IBM also recently removed their ads from Platform X, citing Musk’s anti-Semitic views. Namely, Must liked a post with anti-Semitic content on the platform in November, but later apologized for it. However, Musk is visibly angry at companies that have removed advertising from his platform.

“If someone tries to blackmail me with advertising, to extort money from me, go to…and. Go. P…and,” Musk said in an interview at the New York Times DealBook Summit last week. “Is that clear? I hope so.”

Representatives for Musk and Hilton have not yet commented on this issue.
