The Legend Motor Company of the United States has created another Land Rover Defender restomodI. The first completed SUV, the Signature Series 001, looks like an old Defender, but hides a lot of US technology under the body.
According to Legend Motor Company, this is a new approach to the legendary SUV, offering modern capabilities and at the same time a simpler and more comfortable ownership experience, which is not always accompanied by older Defenders. In reality it is an SUV whose bodywork simply resembles a Defender.
The two main trump cards are the energy source and the construction of the car. Under the hood you can choose between two General Motors V8s: a 6.2-liter naturally aspirated LT1 engine offering 455 hp and 630 Nm and the same displacement but with greater compressor– supercharged example with 640 HP and 881 Nm. Regardless of the engine, all models have an 8-speed automatic transmission, also from the General Motors range.
